Morning Walk about Devil’s Lake

I love my pansies! I have a friend who has Pansy as her favorite flower, so I plant them wherever I go – so she goes with me.

Primrose is another early spring favorite@

Banana Slug? Not my favorite – but amazing!

Not sure that a photo can capture the amount of green growth in our vacant lot next door. This winter the ground was all bare – Crazy!

Clear little stream going out to the lake from the vacant lot.

The water was like a mirror – so I hunkered down with my phone, camera and coffee to see who would fly or float by.

This little mallard floated by – to make my favorite scene! I had to zoom from the boathouse, I thought I’d scare him off if I walked to the end of the dock.

My scene prop was a floating mess of weeds. Nice!
